Information Sharing Agreement

I acknowledge and agree that information that I provide to PingYo will be shared with potential lenders and that these potential lenders may contact me using the contact information I have provided including by email, calls and/or texts regarding my request for these Services.

I further acknowledge and agree that potential lenders may and are authorized to share with Pin personal and business information about me and any business entity for whom I am submitting this request, including the terms of any offers made by such potential lender to me or to the business entity for whom I am submitting this request, including credit amount, interest rate and term of any credit facility that such lender may approve, ongoing loan performance data, such as a loan repayment status, if the application results in a loan, and adverse action reasons, if the application does not result in a loan.
